TO EARN A SPOT ON THE LEAD ROTATION YOU MUST COMPLETE:

  • Complete all 5 days of realtor training
  • All agents must complete 5 days of rental showings
  • Hold one open house for any active office listing
  • Attend Title Company lunch and learn as well as speak with lenders and visit two builders before leads will be distributed.

Q&A : Review any areas of concern for broker or sales associate. This comprehensive training has been specifically designed to get new agents up to speed and earning in the industry as soon as possible. Instead of charging large sums of money for our training program like some others do, we believe in succeeding through our agents success.
